Refund Policy for Region 1533 (effective 5/1/2018)
A refund (registration amount less the non-refundable $20 National Fee) will be given for the current playing season if your child has:
· Not participated in any practice
· Not played in any games
· No uniform has been issued.
No partial or prorated refunds will be issued. No refund will be given after the start of the fall season.

Please include the following information : Your name, your child's name, the amount you paid at registration.
Checks will be mailed to the address on the player's registration
form. Written requests are required for checks to be mailed to addresses
other than the address of record.
Checks are written at the monthly board meeting.
